get 2 balls of cheap string. get newspaper. get a hairband. get toilet paper. get pva. get some water. get paint.
ball up the newspaper and tie it to da hedband
wrap string around them at different tightness
u now have horns
paper mache dem using pva, water and toilet paper
paint dem
and u will get dis result
